Holly Sparks Selected as Regional Vice President for IREM

Realty Trust Group (RTG) is proud to announce that Holly Sparks, CPM, Regional Operations Director in RTG’s Knoxville office, has been appointed as Regional Vice President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). During this two-year appointment, which will begin in 2025, Sparks will oversee IREM chapters in Region 13 which includes Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

IREM, an international institute providing education and professional resources for property and asset managers, relies on accomplished industry professionals to provide leadership and best practices. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with over 30 years of experience in commercial and healthcare property management, Sparks is an ideal candidate for the Regional Vice President role. Sparks has previously held similar leadership roles with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Additionally, RTG maintains IREM’s Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation, the highest industry designation available for property management firms.
