The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) latest Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) is aimed at limiting the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace and addressing the increased risk to employees in settings where suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients are treated. The 916-page document includes requirements for protective practices and policies related to physical space, equipment, and facilities.
