On the Move: PYA, RTG Move Knoxville Offices to Accommodate Growth, Continue to Invest in City

PYA and RTG announce next year they will relocate both firms’ Knoxville offices into a newly purchased 60,000-square-foot building in the heart of the city’s Bearden Business District. The two firms plan to occupy 45,000 square feet in the building, and the remaining 15,000 square feet will be available for lease.

The Brookvale II building, located at 6016 Brookvale Lane, is undergoing renovations to prepare for the move, which will take place in 2025 to accommodate more space for client collaboration and team expansion.

PYA and RTG are partner companies that have worked together with many common clients for more than 25 years.
