Chriss provides expertise in healthcare growth and improvement strategies, having worked on both the hospital and health systems sides. He brings that insider knowledge to RTG. With over 18 years of executive leadership and world-class hands on experience, he is a collaborative team builder who excels in navigating complex business environment.

Chriss has been successful in developing and executing end-to-end real estate strategies. Chriss has served as Director of Real Estate for regional health systems with portfolios ranging in size from 3 million to 38 million square feet.

Education

Chriss holds a Master of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University. He is a member of AMFP South Florida, Urban Lands Institute, and Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development. He was on the Advisory Board for RevistaMed from 2018-2024 and on the Board of Advisors for Business Development Board of Palm Beach County from 2023-2024. Chriss is also a licensed broker in Florida and Pennsylvania.
