Hank has been in the commercial development, management, and brokerage business for over thirty years. Before joining Realty Trust Group (RTG), he founded and was the CEO / President of Corridor Properties, LLC in Johnson City, TN. Hank worked alongside RTG for almost 20 years before merging Corridor Properties with RTG in 2018 to support RTG’s Operations Service Line which grew from 14-Million SF to 23-Million SF under his leadership. He currently is based on the east coast of central Florida.
At the time of the merger, Corridor Properties was a leader in commercial real estate services in Northeast TN and Southwestern VA, focusing primarily on sales, marketing, land development, property management, consulting, project management, and lease administration services for office and medical spaces. Corridor was instrumental in facilitating the merger of competing health systems and was solely responsible for managing a combined two million square feet of property and represented owners in the sale or lease of approximately $25 million in property listings.
