Jason currently serves as Vice President in Realty Trust Group’s (RTG) Nashville office and has over 17 years of real estate experience specializing in various capacities, including strategic advisory, leasing / marketing, investment sales, land site selection, appraisal, portfolio valuation, and construction project management. Jason joined RTG in 2014, working in the Atlanta office as an Associate, where he oversaw all real estate activities for nearly 715,000 square feet of medical office space in multiple markets in Georgia, including a 55,000-square-foot portfolio of physician-owned properties, a 580,000-square-foot portfolio for Northside Hospital, and an 80,000-square-foot medical office building in Savannah. In his current role, Jason serves as a relationship manager for a large healthcare system in Tennessee, where he oversees all real estate activities and provides strategic advisory support to the executive leadership to assist in organizational decision-making.
Before joining RTG, Jason was an Associate with Duff & Phelps, responsible for numerous valuation projects for various property types. His clients included WellTower, Highwoods Properties, Brookfield Property Partners, Hunt Companies, the FDIC, Credit Suisse, and Cousin Properties.

Education
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and an affiliate broker in Tennessee. He is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2018.
