Stacy Walker
Vice President
Stacy brings over 25 years of industry experience with a focus on operational efficiency, profitability, and strong client relationships. She is an accomplished leader with an expert ability to successfully hire, train and oversee large operational teams. Her operational experience spans over multiple asset types with an emphasis on medical office. Stacy joined RTG in 2024 as Vice President, Operations Service Line Lead.
Most recently, Stacy served as Vice President, Asset Management at Healthpeak (formerly Physicians Realty Trust) where she had oversight of the company’s southeast region. She previously served as Vice President, Property Management and Operations for Welltower (formerly Healthcare REIT) where she was responsible for overall financial and operational performance of assets totaling $8 billion in investment value for approximately 25 million square feet of medical office and a team of approximately 200 across the US. She also held positions including Vice President, Healthcare Asset Services at Transwestern and General Manager at RMR Group.

Education
