Realty Trust Group Continues Growth with Addition of Two Healthcare Real Estate Industry Veterans
Realty Trust Group (RTG), a healthcare real estate advisory, development, and management firm, recently announced the additions of Stacy Walker and Jason Hinkel to its team of healthcare real estate professionals. Both individuals bring significant healthcare real estate expertise and experience to their roles, further enhancing RTG’s service offerings and contributing to the company’s growth.
Stacy Walker, who joins RTG as Vice President of Operations in Atlanta, Georgia, brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and healthcare property and portfolio management. In her most recent role as Director of Portfolio Management for a leading healthcare real estate investment trust or REIT, Stacy led a team overseeing approximately 7 million square feet of medical office space and other healthcare properties across the southeastern United States. Stacy will oversee RTG’s Operations service line which currently manages over 20 million square feet of healthcare real estate.
Jason Hinkel, who joins RTG as Vice President of Advisory Services in Dallas, Texas, brings over 30 years of healthcare real estate industry experience. His past roles span healthcare development project management, leasing, business development and property and asset management for both private developers and a large public REIT. In his most recent role, Jason oversaw the management of over 2.5 million square feet of healthcare properties across ten states, driving operational efficiency and maximizing property value. In addition to supporting RTG’s national healthcare real estate advisory platform, Jason will also support RTG’s continued expansion in Texas and the southwest region.
