Chriss joins RTG with over 15 years of leadership in healthcare real estate, including his most recent role as Director of Real Estate at Cleveland Clinic, one of the world’s most renowned healthcare institutions.

At Cleveland Clinic, Chriss shaped real estate strategies to support patient care and organizational growth. Among his accomplishments, he successfully led initiatives such as insourcing lease administration, delivering multimillion-dollar savings, and spearheading the development of outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, and ambulatory care centers. His expertise spans strategic planning, site selection, transaction management, and optimizing facilities for operational success.

Chriss’s deep understanding of healthcare operations and ability to align real estate strategies with clinical objectives make him an invaluable addition to RTG’s leadership team. His experience will further enhance RTG’s ability to deliver innovative and impactful solutions to clients, empowering healthcare organizations to expand access to care and strengthen their community impact.
