Realty Trust Group is proud to announce that Summit Medical Group recently broke ground on their newest primary care facility in Jefferson City. RTG partnered with the local practice to provide site selection and acquisition, financing and project management services for the 32,000 square foot project.
Summit Chief Executive Officer Ed Curtis said the project gives doctors the opportunity to take physical ownership of their facilities.
“We’re in the healthcare business, not the real estate business. I’m leasing from them, not the other way around,” he said. “That’s a great investment right there.”
